Cauliflower tacos ( A maxican recipe)

A recipe for cauliflower tacos:

                                                                   


Ingredients:

- 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 8 small tortillas

- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

- 1/4 cup diced red onion

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- Lime wedges (for serving)


For the sauce:

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 2 tablespoons lime juice

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).


2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.


3. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
